I've been browsing the aisles of Target a lot lately and I've got to say, I'm liking what I'm seeing.

West Elm recently had a very similar doormat on their website. |
Also, when I was checking out last time I was at Target, the cashier asked me if I wanted to save 5% blah blah blah (I stopped listening and just said no thank you). The girl behind me in line chimed in and said "I have it and it's awesome! You save 5% everytime you shop at Target and it just comes straight from your checking account!" Then the cashier said "you also receive free shipping on any Target.com order!" I was sold.
Do any of you have this card? Any drawbacks??
*This is not a sponsored post, I just love the concept!*
I have the card and LOVE it! It is so easy. You always get 5% off, free shipping, and if you have to make a return, you don't need your receipt. They can pull the original purchase off your card. Win/Win! Plus, if you have eBates, they always have cash back for Target purchases :)
ReplyDeleteI love Target's stuff right now. I don't have a RedCard though.
ReplyDeleteI have the red card (debit) and it comes right out of my account. So far so good.
ReplyDeleteI think I need that doormat.
I love that flower necklace!! Target really does have amazing stuff right now. I recently found a pair of polka dot cigar slippers I love for $5.00!
ReplyDeleteI had no idea that was how the Red card worked, looks like I might just need to get one! I also love those earrings and the doormat, very cute :)
ReplyDeleteI have the red card (the credit version, not the debit kind) and LOVE it. I finally broke down and got when I had twins.....5% of diapers is fantastic!!!
ReplyDeleteI have heard about it but they never offer it to me. Guess I need to ask!

ReplyDeleteWe have the RedCard and LOVE IT. It's nice to see the discount immediately come off of your total at the register, and it makes online shopping so much fun with the free shipping perk. We have the credit card version, not the debit card, but only because we share the card but don't share bank accounts yet, so the credit option was easier.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely just added that woven doormat to my shopping list for the weekend!
Target has been killin it lately! The necklace is perfect for spring.
ReplyDeleteI got that first necklace in that color and the ivy color!! Target was having a buy 1 get 1 50% off...I couldn't resist. I have had to stay away lately because they've had such good stuff!!
ReplyDeleteI always say no too....but probably should get a red card because it seems like I am in Target all the time!
ReplyDeletewas at target last night and browsed the jewelry section..definitely some awesome looking stuff!! Oh and I have the redcard..it is definitely worth it since I shop at target all the time..it's just linked to your checking account like your debit card.
ReplyDeleteI've been thinking about getting the card. Mainly for the times when I want something online that isn't in the stores and I don't want to pay shipping. I'm at Target enough that I should probably just get the card.
ReplyDeleteI have the card and the only drawback is that I cannot stop using it. I love the 5% and free shipping. It really helps when they have stuff that's an online only product. Loving all the pastel spring jewelry they've had.
ReplyDeleteTarget has really stepped up their game in the past year. You've inspired me to listen when they push the RedCard at check out next time.
ReplyDeleteGreat finds! I am loving those earrings.. xox

This sounds like kryptonite to me, I love target. Have to say I'm not really sure I'd want the debit option. probably stick with the credit card if it has the same perks.
ReplyDeleteLove that mat!! i need a redcard now!
ReplyDeleteI do and I love it! I also get my prescriptions from Target and every 5 gets you a 5% off shopping today (which I combine with my 5% off from my Redcard when we need to make big purchases. My card isn't linked to my debit card but is it's own visa. I've never carried a balance, it's my rule that I pay it off every month.
ReplyDeleteOh and exchanges are SO much easier and they send you coupons through the mail quite often.
Hello :) I'm a new follower. Not even sure how I landed on your blog, but I love it. Heading out for my redcard stat, because seriously, I want one of everything you posted.
