Tasty Tuesday: Mini Cucumber Pita Pockets.

Cameron's cousin's wife makes these for every family get together and if you make them, you will see why! They are so tasty and addicting! Not to mention, super simple to make!

Mini Cucumber Pita Pockets

Mini pita pockets (I can only find them at Publix) - cut each one in half
Cucumber - peeled, cut in half lengthwise, and sliced
8 oz Cream cheese
Half packet Hidden Valley dry ranch

Mix cream cheese and dry ranch together. Put about a teaspoon or so of the mix in each pita half. Place cucumber slice in pita pocket. Enjoy!

See, told ya it was super easy!

  1. I LOVE this idea. They are perfect for get togethers!

  2. I'll have to try these! I love cucumbers and cream cheese together!

  5. I love cucumber sandwiches, but have never heard of mixing in ranch so I'm excited to try this! Yum!

  6. i have been on a cucumber kick lately....definitely trying these!

  7. Oh my. These will be making an appearance on one of my tailgate menus this season, for sure!
