Libby James Wedding Album Review + Giveaway!

I've got a great review and giveaway for y'all today that I'm very excited about!

I was contacted by Libby James last month about reviewing one of their wedding albums and album software. Not going to lie, I was a little wary at first because if I'm going to have a wedding album, I want the quality to be top notch. But then again, I don't want to pay $500+. Well, I can tell you that the ease of putting this album together, along with the quality of the album, will make you wonder why anyone would pay those outrageous prices!

I downloaded the Libby James album software and got to work immediately. I wrote down the "categories" that I wanted to be in the album such as getting ready, first look, ceremony, details, etc. Michelle suggested that I use more of the candid and details shots, since the posed pictures would most likely be framed around the house. From there, I wrote down which pictures were going to make the cut for the album. In the LJ album software, you can use their templates or make your own, which I found very fun to play around with.

Once I was finished designing my album, I sent it off to print and I kid you not, it was on my doorstep TWO days later! I thought for sure I was going to be seeing this thing after Christmas. I ripped open the box and was blown away by how crystal clear and vibrant the pictures were. I also loved the fact that when you open the book, the pages lay flat. So that if you spread one picture across two pages, you don't lose any of the image.

(Rest assured that these photos only look fuzzy because I'm blowing them up so big and they were taken on my Iphone.)

I will recommend Libby James again and again to any future brides or any brides who never got around to ordering theirs!

The winner of this giveaway will win their very own 8x8 Onyx album (which is what I chose) with 10 spreads (20 pages), valued at $165! OR enter the code FRIEDPICKLES14 for 20% off of your order until February 15th!

  18. What an amazing find. I LOVE your album! We got married 2 1/2 years ago and I STILL have not pulled the trigger on a wedding album! We have frames & some prints, but I could just not justify the $900 price tag at the time. This would be awesome to finally get around to making one, without the awful price.
