Giveaway Reminder + Weekly Dinner Menu.

Sorry, no Tasty Tuesday today, but here is what I'll be cooking for dinner this week. Only 3 actual nights of cooking? I'll take it!
 
Monday - Grilled Greek chicken with roasted okra
Tuesday -   Lemon butter baked tilapia with capers and baked potato (carb cheat)
Wednesday - Chili - high of 68*! woohoo!
Thursday - Fat Hen
Friday - Supper club / Megan working
Saturday - Megan working
Sunday - Always up in the air!

    I made chili yesterday. Chicken Enchilada chili to be exact--it was perfect when the temps dipped yesterday :) Ill be posting the recipe on my blog probably next week or so.
