We all know about my love for pickles.
Spoiler alert - we had fried pickle chips passed around during our cocktail hour!
I even thought about making homemade pickles as our wedding favors.
But man, oh man, do I wish I would have seen this Southern Weddings post before our wedding!
Some people have bourbon bars at their wedding, but this couple had a pickle bar at theirs!
What kind of specialty bar would you have or liked to have had at your wedding??

ReplyDeleteI saw this on Southern Weddings, too, and told Shaun about it lol!! We were just at the Mt. P farmer's market the other day and bought to huge things of homemade pickles. I wouldn't rule it out, that's for sure :)
ReplyDeleteOMG that pickle bar is amazing! I would have loved to do a cigar rolling station. I also think a chicken wing bar would have been great, especially if you rolled it out later in the evening. Love that you served fried pickle chips during cocktail hour!
ReplyDeleteI saw this too and thought of you!! Since we had a winter wedding, we had a hot chocolate bar :-D Our caterer SUPRISED us with it! So sweet. Hot chocolate, cute little teacups, marshmallows, and candy cane sticks for stirrers. LOVED it and him for thinking of something I hadn't
